Scheduling
We have a 2-night minimum requirement for our standard units and 3-night minimum for specialty houses. No Saturday check ins or check outs during the high season.
Based on the time of year and demands we cannot guarantee the availability of certain rooms.
A deposit is required for reservations.
Reservations are non-transferable unless approved by management.
Once confirmed, the guest is responsible for the total number of days reserved unless the reservation is cancelled or revised as outlined below.
Our facilities are for the use of registered guests only. Day visitors are discouraged.
Minors under 25 are allowed only with parental supervision.

Cancellations & Revisions
Cancellations and revisions must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival, except for the Zubik House, the Giesecke House, and the River Room: These require a 60-day notice. With proper notice for a cancellation, we will refund the deposit less a 10% service charge, not to exceed $25.00. Otherwise the guest is responsible for the total number of days reserved. Revisions are accepted only as our schedule permits.

Reservations are for lodging only and are not contingent upon river conditions, weather, or availability of area attractions.
