Long-term rentals at The Other Place Resort are considered the same as renting a furnished apartment. All utilities including cable TV and wireless internet are included in the rate. However, we do not provide radios, clocks, or telephones. Kitchens are completely stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

Our family-owned business offers an on-site staff, including maintenance. We care about you and strive to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

In order to provide a sense of community for our winter visitors we have a meeting space, the “River Room”, which is dedicated for common use by our registered guests during the winter months. Complimentary coffee is provided each morning, and a number of community activities take place throughout the season.
