The perfect couples’ getaway.
Each One Bedroom has 2 double beds in the bedroom and a full bath. You’ll have a furnished living room, a complete kitchen, a dining area, and a private porch overlooking the beautiful Comal River. All units have AC, HDTVs, and WiFi for you to use. This unit will sleep up to 4 people.
We do have a few units with similar floor plans that have 1-Queen bed (only 1 parking pass*) in the bedroom instead of the 2-doubles. These particular units have a full size futon in the living room. They are designed for 1 or 2 adults and 1 or 2 small children.

All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Parking is limited to registered, overnight guests. No trailers please!
Parking permits are not transferable to another cottage.
No personal BBQ grills on porches or within 10 feet of buildings.
Day visitors are discouraged.
No deep fryers.
No firearms on the premises.
No minors under 25 without parental supervision.
The period from 11 PM-7 AM is designated “Quiet Time.”
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Guests who do not follow these basic rules will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit the remainder of their stay. In addition, they will be denied reservations for future stays.
