The Penthouse is a large 2-bedroom (1 queen in one bedroom and 2 queens in the other), 1-bath unit that is above the office. You’ll have a furnished living room, a complete kitchen, a dining area, and a private porch. All units have AC, HDTVs, and WiFi for you to use. This unit will sleep up to 6 people.

Please note that the primary view from The Penthouse is of the picnic area and playground.

All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Parking is limited to registered, overnight guests. No trailers please!
Parking permits are not transferable to another cottage.
Personal BBQ grills are not permitted on porches or within 10 feet of buildings.

No deep fryers.
No firearms on the premises.
No minors under 25 without parental supervision.
The period from 11 PM-7 AM is designated “Quiet Time.”
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Day visitors are discouraged.

Guests who do not follow these basic rules will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit the remainder of their stay. In addition, they will be denied reservations for future stays.
