Each One Bedroom has 2 double beds in the bedroom and a full bath. You’ll have a furnished living room, a complete kitchen, a dining area, and a private porch overlooking the beautiful Comal River. This 8-Plex One Bedroom has a slightly different floor plan from our standard One Bedroom. All units have AC, HDTVs, and WiFi for you to use. This unit will sleep up to 4 people.

All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Parking is limited to registered, overnight guests. No trailers please!
Parking permits are not transferable to another cottage.
No personal BBQ grills on porches or within 10 feet of buildings.
No deep fryers.
No firearms on the premises.
No minors under 25 without parental supervision.
The period from 11 PM-7 AM is designated “Quiet Time.”
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Day visitors are discouraged.
Guests who do not follow these basic rules will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit the remainder of their stay. In addition, they will be denied reservations for future stays.
